Refund policy

We want you to love your Glowra Elite piece. Since every item is handcrafted to order, here's how returns work:

Damaged or incorrect items :

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@glowraelite.store with a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Change of mind :
Because each piece is made specifically for your order, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Please double-check your order details (design, size, etc.) before checkout.

How to request a return :
Email support@glowraelite.store with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with next steps and a return address. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method, or as store credit if you paid the Rs. 500 advance via bank transfer/COD.

If a return is approved, items should be sent to:

Non-returnable items :
Custom or personalized orders are final sale unless damaged or defective on arrival.
