Where we ship
Glowra Elite currently ships within Pakistan only.

Processing & delivery time
Every piece is handcrafted to order. Please allow 4-7 days from order confirmation for your item to be made and delivered. You'll get an update if anything is running behind.

Free shipping
Orders over Rs. 5,000 ship free. Orders below that threshold include a shipping fee shown at checkout.

Payment on delivery
We ask for a Rs. 500 advance to confirm and begin production of your custom piece, with the remaining balance due on delivery. This helps us cover material costs for made-to-order items.

Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll send tracking details via [SMS/WhatsApp/email] so you can follow its progress.
