Terms of service

By placing an order with Glowra Elite, you agree to the following:

Orders & payment
All orders require a Rs. 500 advance payment to begin production, with the remaining balance due on delivery. Orders are confirmed once the advance is received.

Product accuracy
Since items are handcrafted, minor variations in color, texture, or finish from product photos may occur this is part of what makes each piece unique, not a defect.

Pricing
Prices are listed in PKR and may change without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is what you'll be charged.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund of your advance **before** production begins. Once production has started, the advance is non-refundable, though we'll always work with you if something's gone wrong on our end.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
